advertising is the persuasive presentation of material to the public through mass media in order to promote goods or services.
Advertising is the business of ideas and creativity (Roman, Maas & Nisenholtz, 2005) Drawing is just the expression of the image we pour as the concept of ideas in the mind but the root remains the idea itself, drawing is more a means to achieve goals. in the form of an important image in advertising, but a nice and beautiful picture is not the main thing because we are only required to be able to pour ideas in the form of image images (Lwin & Aitchison 2005) So, being able to draw well is not a requirement in the advertising world. Having the instinct and marketing idea that makes it possible to integrate a sales proposal and the commercial values of an idea is far more important.

And Dunn and Barban also said that Advertising is a form of non-personal communication activity submitted through the media by paying the space it uses to convey a message that is persuasive to the consumer by the company, non-commercial or personal interests concerned.
Advertising is the most persuasive sales message directed at the most potential buyers of a particular product or service at a cost as cheap as ever.
Another definition says that advertising is the dissemination of information about an idea, goods or service, to 'persuade' people to think, behave or act in accordance with the wishes of advertisers.
Creative activities related to advertising services (one way communication using a particular medium), which includes the creation, production and distribution of the resulting advertising, for example: advertising communication planning, outdoor advertising, production of advertising materials, promotions, public relations campaigns, advertisements in print media (newspapers, magazines) and electronics (television and radio), installation of various posters and drawings, distributing leaflets, pamphlets, circulars, brochures and similar advertisements, distribution and delivery of advertising materials or samples, and column rental for advertising.
